Pumpkin cupcakes: our recipe 🎃
We are big fans of the yummy orange soup, but this time Tradono has decided to innovate! We combined this fruit (oh yes, the pumpkin is a fruit!) with our sweet tooth and the result has been these delicious pumpkin cupcakes 😍

For the muffin:
- 125g soft butter
- 125g sugar
- 1 small spoonful of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1dl milk
- 300g grated pumpkin
- 120g white flour
- 50g ground almonds
- 1 small spoonful of baking powder
For the topping:
- 200g quark
- 200g chestnut cream for vermicelli
- 30g icing sugar
Blend the sugar, the butter, the cinnamon and the salt with the hand mixer. Add the eggs and blend it again until you get a white and smooth mixture. Finally, add the milk and stir it.
First mix the grated pumpkin, the flour, the almonds and the baking powder together and then add this mixture to the previous one. Put the combined mixture on a muffin tin and bake it for about 30 minutes in the oven (180 °C).
The icing on the cake (topping):
Mix the quark, the chestnut cream and the icing sugar with the hand mixer. Pour the mixture in a piping bag and decorate the cupcakes.
